Two Attorneys, One Side of the Table
Douglas F. Dieker has practised law for 25 years, and every one of those years has been spent on the plaintiff's side. He has never worked for an insurance company. In that time he has won many high-value settlements and verdicts for individuals and businesses throughout Arizona.
S. Christopher Copple leads the firm's medical malpractice practice, representing patients and families harmed when care fell below the standard. Between them, the firm takes on insurers of every kind, for families and businesses throughout the Valley and all over Arizona.
Doug's side of the practice is insurance: homeowner's and commercial property losses, life, health and disability denials, bad faith, and injury claims where the real opponent is a carrier rather than the person who hit you. He has an in-depth knowledge of homeowner's and business damage policies and a proven record in complex, document-heavy cases. He is also a business owner himself, which is why he reads a business interruption claim as payroll you still owe, not as a line item on an adjuster's spreadsheet.

One of the most valuable things experience buys is understanding. We have seen first-hand how serious these claims are and how much is riding on them. We know the financial pressure you are under while the money sits with your insurer, and that is exactly why we handle every case on a contingency basis. We do not get paid until you do.
Every case is a little different, so we analyse each one ourselves and build a strategy for that specific client and that specific file. Suffering the loss is hard enough.
