Privacy Policy
What this site collects, what it does not, and what happens to a message you send us.
Effective September 2026
Dieker Copple Attorneys runs a small, static website. We collect as little information as we can, and we do not sell or share any of it. This page explains what happens to the information you do send us.
What the Contact Form Collects
The form on our contact page asks for your name, email address, phone number, the kind of claim you have, and your message. We use that information for one purpose: to read what you have told us and get back to you about your potential claim. We do not add you to a mailing list.
How the Form Is Processed
The site is hosted by Netlify, and Netlify processes form submissions on our behalf. A submission is transmitted to Netlify and stored in the firm's form inbox there, where the firm reads it. Netlify handles that data as our hosting provider under its own terms.
Sending the form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and it is not a secure channel. Please keep it brief and do not send confidential or sensitive material until we have confirmed in writing that we represent you. See our disclaimer.
Cookies and Tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics package, no advertising or social media tracker, no pixel and no third-party script of any kind. Nothing on these pages follows you around the internet.
Server Logs
Like any website, ours is served by a host that keeps routine technical logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Those logs belong to the hosting provider and are kept for security and troubleshooting.
Deletion and Corrections
If you would like us to delete a message you sent through the form, or correct the details in it, call the office on (602) 528-4700 and we will take care of it. Information that forms part of an actual client file is kept as our professional obligations require.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, call the office and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the effective date above.
